Please be advised our pricing schedule is being updated for 2026.
The updated pricing listed below will apply to all existing and new members effective immediately.
This adjustment allows us to continue reinvesting into the gym and delivering an even higher standard of training and experience for our community.
Recent upgrades and additions to the Den include:
Full-size cage
Brand new BJJ mats
Massage facility
New water fountain
New gym equipment, Thai and Boxing pads
A new check-in system for a smoother class experience
High-level coaching from experienced instructors and active competitive athletes

We now offer over 60 classes across mornings, daytime and evenings.
Our goal remains the same, to provide the best training environment possible while continuing to offer strong value to our members.
