Have a busy schedule and unavailable for the morning or evening classes? Take advantage of our midday classes! 

We have the following BJJ classes available throughout the week for your convenience.​

Training during your lunch break helps boost your energy, improve/reset your headspace, making it easier to get back into the zone for work and increase productivity.

Tips to get the most out of your lunchtime training session.
​

  • Prep a to-go lunch in advance. 

  • Plan ahead and make sure you have all the post workout gear ready.

  • Grab a friend! It's always twice the fun when you get to share the roll with your mate.

  • If you can, arrive a little earlier and start warming up before class starts. 

  • If you can, hang back after class to ask questions, troubleshoot to keep sharpening your edges! (pro tip - instructors are less distracted/less busy during the daytime classes so they will likely have more time to help!)
