The morning classes are the perfect way to kick start your body for the day ahead. Give your body a boost of the feel good chemicals (endorphins) to keep you switched on all day! 

There are different classes programmed throughout the week to add variety to your workout schedule.

Pro tip #1 Pack your gear the night before so all you need to do is wake up and go! 
Pro tip #2 Make sure you get to sleep earlier on the mornings you want to train.
